The Problem
Coordinating Sunday school operations across multiple classes, tracking attendance, and managing servant rosters was done via spreadsheets and WhatsApp groups — fragmented and hard to maintain.
The Solution
Developed a PWA that centralises class management, automates attendance tracking, handles servant assignments with availability conflicts, and provides reporting dashboards for leadership.
The Outcome
Used weekly by servants and coordinators. Eliminated manual spreadsheet updates and reduced coordination overhead significantly.
